The sales effected comprised a six-roomed house at the corner of London and Arthur streets, which realised £790. and a flour-mill (formerly known as Walsh's) in the Tokomairiro district. This lot comprised a five-roomed dwelling, flour and oatmeal mills, plant, machinery, water rights, etc, and 7a 13.7p of land.' The purchasers were Messrs Duncan and Son, and the price was £BOO.
