DUNEDIN - AMATEUR SWIMMING CLUB. V At a Board meeting of the Dunedin Amateur Swimming Club (Mr C. F. Qreenslade in the chair) It was decided; t6 hold the annual aquatic carnival on Saturday, February 25. A programme was arranged consisting of a 50yds and 220 yds championship of Otago and Southland, 25yds and 100 yds schoolboys’ championship, and various other events. Trophies amounting to about £35 were allotted. It was decided to hold an evening race, meeting on ’Wednesday, February 1, at seven o’clock, and to put on senior and junior events, also a hieh dive for points to count for Mr F. Q. Williams’s gold medal.
