WELLINGTON, January 10 Mr Blow, Under-Secretary of Publia Works, says re the Caversham and ihe Anderson Bay trams that of the five local districts traversed by the rentes OrdeKs-in-Council have been issued for two—Dunedin • and the Peninsula Road .district TV--Order-hvCouncil for Caversham. was posted "** yesterday, and will reach Dunedin tonight South Dunedin, who applied for an Order-ln-Council fifteen months ago* were told to send complete plans. These arrived on December 21 last, and are now under examination. The application for the Order-in-Council for St. Kilda was made one year ago, but an alteration was suggested, and thia was referred by the St. Kuda Corporation to the Dunedin town clerk, and no word has been received here since concerning it.
