Judgment went for plaintiffs by default as follows:—Mais. Dick, and Co. (Mr Moore) v. John Christie (Kaitangata), for £6 8s 9d, goods, with 18s 6d coste; AJhlfeld Bros, and Co. (Mr Sim) v. Harold Hannah (Invercargill), for £6 9s Bd, goods, with £1 3a 6d costs.
Judgment Summonses^—A. Chiaiom, jun., v. John Smith, £4 6s due,—Defendant did not appear, and an order was made against Mm for payment of the amount due, with costs, by monthly instalments, with an optional imprisonment, of seven days. Samuel Jams v. Andrew Ingram, £3 4a 6d dne.—ln the absence of defendant an order for payment of the amount due in monthly instalments waj made, with the option of seven days' im-prisonment.—-—Sanmel Jarvis v. John Scott, _ £4 8s dne.—A similar order "was made in this case, defendant failing to appear.
