PORT CHALMERS NAVALS. Tho Port Navals fired the Becond competition of a match for prizes presented by Captain IJodds and other*—ten shots at 300 and 600 yards. Some of the competitors were very unfortunate in having to shoot in the rain and a changing wind, but some very good scpres were registered under the circumstances. The following were the highest scorers-:
DUNEDIN CITY GUARDS The Guards fired tho third competition of their oup. match on Saturday.. The following were the highest scores:—
•Range prizes, ♦ WAKARI RIFLES. Th© Wakaris fired the second competition for prizes for A and B Classes. Conditions: A Class, seven shots at .200, 500, and 600 yards; B Class, seven shots at 200 and 500 yards. The following are the principal scores.:—

ENGINEER CADETS.
The above fired a match for three prizes presented by the company. Conditions: Five shots and a sighter at 200-and 300 yards. Highest scores:—
DUNEDIN ENGINEERS v. DUNEDIN RIFLES. These corps, ten men a side, met on the Engineers' range. Rain set in shortly after a start had been made, and spoilt any chance of good scoring. A very evenly-con-tested match resulted in a win for tho sappere by 10 points. Conditions: Seven shots and one sighter at 300, 500, and 600 yards. Scores:—
