The newspapers describe the Convention as the greatest diplomatic success achieved for many years. THE NEW HEBRIDES. LONDON, April 8. (Received April 9, at 10.30 a.m.) Renter's Agency states that the AngloFrench Agreement is signed. A clause was introduced at the last moment relating to the appointment of a commission to settle the New Hebrides question.
