THE ELECTRIC TRAMS.
TO TBJS EDITOR. Sir, —In reference to "One that Owns Them," I hold that he has not the slightest idea of the workings of electric tramways, or he would not write the way he did. As for inspectors, I can quite understand them being a nuisance to some, especially when the car is crowded and there is a chance of some dodsring the conductors. Possibly your correspondent has been studying these points. It is very doubtful whether be is "one that owns them."—l am, etc.. Fair Plat.
