PALMERSTON NORTH, April 9. There are an exceptionally large number of dairy and produce entries already in hand for the Manawatu A. and P. Association's winter show in June. In export butter, thirty-five factories will be represented, and ten in the novice classes. Forty entries have been received for the cheese divisions.
WELLINGTON, April 9. Fourteen members of the Permanent Artillery left for Featherston bv special train ?f I .P- m - to -day to assist in the search for Mr Andrews, a Wellington solicitor, who ia lost in the bush on the Whatarangi Run.
