BULUWAYO WINS THE AUTUMN HANDICAP AND MARTIAN THE CHALLENGE STAKES. Second Day.—Tuesday. [From Que Owjt Reporter.] Speculate, the winner of the Sockburn Handicap, only went into E. Roden's hands yesterday morning. He will in future be trained at Riccarton. Canteen picked up a nail in the race )or the Easter Handicap yesterday, and after the race blood was flowing freely, from his foot. The weather was unfavorable for the second day of the CJ. C. autumn meeting. A steady drizzle fell all the morning in town, and though it had ceased by starting time at Riccarton, tbc attendance was much smaller than on the previous day.
