WELLINGTON. April 17. From the Defence Minister T learn that, owing to several of the, colony’s good shots being unable to make the journey, Cabinet has decided, on the recommendation of the Commandant of the Forces, not to send a team to Bisley this year. This decision was not altogether unexpected.
