Captain Edwin reports:—Strong to moderate southerly winds ; glass rise; good tides; considerable sea off the shore. Mr Paulin telephoned at 2-45 p.m. ; Squally N.W. and S,W. winds, rain showers, in, about twenty-four hours. .
