A Boy Whipped for Theft.—James Moir 5 thirteen. yeafiS.of agfe, pleaded guilty to a charge of stealing a- pair of ritobite from the railway fetation yesterday? and on a further charge against Mitt, his younger brother Charles, and two btlier small botfs Of Stealing £4 196 £d from- the Westevan Church gymnasium, the two Moirs also pleaded guilty,, whil&t the other boys, defended by Sir Emslie, pleadfed not gtiilty,—jfcmes Moif was found/guilty, and ordered to receive sii strokes with a birch, rod> Charles Moii 1 was convicted and discharged ' the others Weffe acquitted. ° '
