The Shedden's Waikaka Freehold report 420z for the week.

The new Vincent dredge started work this forenoon. A -meeting of the shareholders of the Harris Beach Gold Dredging Company will be held in room No. 16, Dunedin Stock Exchange, on April 8, at 8.15 p.m. The dredge-master of the Golden Bed reports that he has stopped dredging until he receives and fixes new screen plates, etc.. which left Dunedin on Thursday last, and should be delivered to-day. The dredge will probably be at work again in two er three" days.
