THE MILTON SHOW.
(Special to the Stab.] " • ■ MILTON, Novembeh 29, The summer show of the Tokoroairiro Farmers’ Olub, taking place to-day, is a record one. The weather is fine, tempered with a slight breeze. A large number of outside visitors aro present, as well as a very large attendance of the people of Milton and district. The entries on the whole are better than last year. Draught horses, both in number and quality, are much superior to the usual. The entries in cross-bred sheep are very big and the quality good. Fat sheep are very good. A large number of Dunedin firms are represented, showing exhibits of agricultural implements. The exhibition of implements is muob in excess of previous shows here. The entries of dairy produce are not quite up to the ’97 show, but the other entries are about equal to last year’s,
