The first series of the Juno challenge shield and elnb trophies was sailed off on Saturday. There was only a light nor'easier at the start, but it freshened up to a good full-sail breeze before the finish. There were no competitions in the first and second class, Theltna and Matakana having a sail over. Cruisers' Handicap Rack (started 3.15). — Adelaide (13niin) 1; finished at 5h 23min 3Gsec. White Winga (scratch) 2; 5h 19min 3(lsec. Third Class Yachts (started 3 p.tn.).-Ruru 1; finished at 4h 9min 30sec. Dream 2; 4h llmiu 25sec. Mirage 3; 4h 15eec. Open Boat Handicap (started 3 p.m.).—Daßh (smin)l; finished at 4bl6sec. Carbine (scratch) 2; 4h 16min lOsec.
