[Per Press Association.—Copyright.] SYDNEY, November 19. The Presbyterian Assembly adopted a resolution condemning the Dayspring Board for their declaration that the Victorian Church was not fulfilling her monetary obligations to the Board, and affirming that the Board’s action in boycotting the Victorian missionaries in New Guinea was veiy surprising and not humane. After several days’ argument the Full Court, on certain technical points, referred the famous Mercadol land cases back to the Land Appeal Court. The Chief Justice stated that it would be necessary to argue the whole matter de novo , and ordered the case to stand over till next year.
News is received that on tho homeward voyage of the Armand Behic Dr A.rmitage, a passenger from New Zealand, died just before reaching Colombo, whore he was buried.
