VIENNA, November 15. The Austrian Ambassador at Constantinople is to be recalled unless the Porte dismisses the officials who were concerned in the expulsion of Austrian Lloyd's agent at Mersina, a seaport of Turkey in Asia. CONSTANTINOPLE, November 15. The Porte has notified the Embassies that the Ottoman Bank has advanced £BOO,OOO in anticipation of the payment of the first instalment of tho Greek indemnity. ' One-fourth of this is to be assigned towards the cost of evacuating Greek territory.
