OTTAWA, November 15. The amount of subsidy to be paid by the Canadian Government to theßeaver line for a weekly mail service between Canada and Liverpool is 146,000d0l per annum. The Allan steamship line intend to provide a fortnightly service, calling at St. John's, New Brunswick, with London and Ontario as winter ports.
