[Pbb Press Association.—Copyright.] SYDNEY, November 11. The sitting of the Legislative Assembly which commenced last night continues. The House has been discussing the Estimates the whole time. Mr Reid announced that he did not intend to adjourn until they wore finished. BRISBANE, November 12. The Federation Enabling Bill was read a first time. It provides for the election' of ten delegates from the colony as one electorate. The Constitution, as finally adopted by the Convention, is to bo sub-" mitted to Parliament, and if approved will then be submitted to the people. The payment of delegates was fixed at £3 3s : for every sitting day.
