HOBART, November 8. Sir Westby Perceval has been reappointed Agent-General for a further term of twelve months. In the Legislative Assembly the Premier stated that the appointment would only be renewed yearly until it was shown that federation may no't be expected within reasonable time. Ap Opposition caucus broke up without coming to any decision as to a leader. Mr u l j r j r^ fused to accept it, stating that he had decided to remain a private member.
