The Premier announced that up to date £6,130 had been expended in connection with the Federal Convention, £2,200 being for tho entertainment of the visiting delegates. • HOBART, November 5. Mr Lewis has resigned the Leadership of the Opposition. At present there is no formal leader, but a meeting will be held to-morrow at the request of Mr Clark, the late Attorney-General,-to reorganise and to elect a leader.'
