NEW YORK, October 28. Mr Chauncey M. Depew, president of the New York and Hudson River Railway Company, suspects that‘the recent fall of the Buffalo express train into the Hudson River, at Carrido, when twenty-eight lives were lost, was the result of foul play, and he has ordered an inquiry.
