William Johnston v. the Henley Estate Company and John Stevenson, of HenleyClaim, £72 6s. Mr Solomon appeared* for plaintiff and Mr Holmes for defendints.<r-The plaint note set out that on or prior to the month of September, 1895, plaintiff was a farmer at Henley, and supplied milk to defendants, for which he was paid at the rate of 1J«1 per gallon, and it was agreed that when the market price of milk rose he was. to receive half of such price. The price of milk went up in December, but plaintiff never received more than 1 per gallon, wherefore plaintiff claimed the difference between the amount paid and half the market price—namely, £72 6j After evidence Hia Worship intimated that he would reserve<his judgment. A. G. Wright v. EMiel Le Brun Mariott. —Application to examine judgment debtor. —Mr J. Mouat appeared in support of the application, which was made under section 135 of the Magistrate's Conrt Act.—Order made accordingly.
