The price of milk went up in December, but plaintiff never received more than 1 per gallon, wherefore plaintiff claimed the difference between the amount paid and half the market price—namely, £72 6j After evidence Hia Worship intimated that he would reserve<his judgment. A. G. Wright v. EMiel Le Brun Mariott. —Application to examine judgment debtor. —Mr J. Mouat appeared in support of the application, which was made under section 135 of the Magistrate's Conrt Act.—Order made accordingly.
