TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —The Education Board are calling for tenders to execute the bit of plaster work at their new offices. The brick and carpenter work Is being carried out on the Government co-operative principle, and I hear is being done satisfactorily. Why conld the bit of plastering not be done in the same manner? If not, it will fall into the hands of those who employ mostly boy labor.—l am, etc., An Elector. Dunedin, October 15.
