The police would like to know who has a bicycle belonging to the late Maurice Edward Barton. The Minister of Justice has declined a request from Wanganui to order an inquiry or to interfere in any way with the decision of Mr Kettle, S.M., in refusing to sign the certificate of fitness of a person applying for a hotel license.
