CALCUTTA, October 9. - General Sir W. Lockhart has notified the rebellious tribesmen that peace will be dictated at Tirah, upon which large bodies of troops are now marching. Several columns of troops which were, despatched to punish the Afridis will concentrate at Samana on the 17th.
