ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
NAPIER, October 7. At the inquest on the body of Henry Storey, who died suddenly as a result of injuries received in a drunken brawl at ~~ on Monda y night, the jury found That deceased came to hia death by fracture of skull caused by falling upon a pavev reason of a blow or push delivered by Thomas M'Phail, but in the opinion of jury there was no intention on the part of M‘Phail to injure the deceased.” The medical evidence showed that deceased’s organs were healthy, the cause of death being hemorrhage of the brain caused bv a fracture of the skull and laceration of the blood vessels.
