TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —In your ioaal on this case, heard yesterday, you state that judgment was given for the amount claimed by the plaintiff (£10), after deducting the counter claim (£1 I6s). The amount recovered was only £4 &3 6d, less the amount allowed to the counter claim (£1 I63)—that is to say, the net amount recovered by Mr Meenan was only £2 133 6d.—l am, ate, D. Stewart.
