LONDON, October 1. The 'Standard' urges Great Britain, Russia, and France to guarantee the Greek indemnity loan, thus saving Greece £3.0,000 annually. . ~'.'■ ■■ v -. _ ATHENS, October 1. ■.';■;' M. Ralli states that the amount of the indemnity as fixed by the Powers exceeds Greece's resources and exceeded Turkey's war expenses. A coalition Government will, probably succeed-the Ralli Government. ■
