The quarterly meeting of Ruth Rebekah Lodge was held in the Albany street Hall on Thursday, Sis. Chapman in the chair. After the ordinary business had been transacted Bro. Reid delivered an address, and the lodge went into harmony, Sisters Wilkinson and Chapman entertaining the lodge. The Grand Lodge officers paid the lodge an official visit, and G.M. Bro. Higgins called on Bro. Hancock to respond to the vote of thanks to the Grand Lodge officers. Bro. Hancock, in responding, mentioned that it was with regret he was leaving Dunedin, bat he would ever remember the kindly words spoken that evening with reference to his departure.
