_ PARIS, October 1. Reports have been received at Obok, on the African side of the Gulf of Aden, to the effect that M. Listard’s French expedition to the Upper Congo effected a junction at Fashoda (on the White Nile) with the French expedition under M. Donchamps from Abyssinia.
