WAR BETWEEN SPAIN AND AMERICA PREDICTED. [Pbb Press Asaooi apiui . — Copyright.] MADRID, September 23. War with America over the Cuban difficulty is considered in Madrid to bo inevitable. General Weyler has reported to the Spanish Government that ho is confident of being able to quell the Cuban rebellion within four months. Although the despatch of an ultimatum by America to Spain is denied, both in Madrid and Washington, the intelligence is generally believed to be correct.
