WELLINGTON, September 23. Oyohsts who disregard the safety of footpassengers by reckless riding have had a warning Irtely. One rider who. knocked a man-down and bruised : him badly was mulcted in £l6 damages and costs (L 4), and boy, whose machine rati away down a hill and nearly , killed a girl, was fined 10a and costs.
