BEHRING SEA DISPUTE.

LONDON, September 19. A Blue Book dealing with the Behring Sea fisheries dispute has been issued. The Marquis of Salisbury, in the course of a dignified reply to America's demands, consents to the holding of a conference of experts for the purpose of arranging the points of issue, but indicates that this does not necessarily involve the assent of Great Britain to the strange misconceptions of Secretary of State Sherman".' The Marquis of Salisbury asserts that Great Britain had courteously complied with every requirement of tho Paris award, but had been continuously hampered by attempts on the part of America to embarrass British subjects.
