■ LONDON, SEPTEMBER 19. The Central Wine Association of Victoria have been awarded the grand prix at the Brussels Exhibition. Three gold, four silver, and two bronze medals were also awarded to other Victorian growers. Australian rabbitskins are in brisk demand at from M to lid advance. Silver, 2s 2£d per oz. Mrs Brown-Potter and Mr Kyrle Bellew opened a season at the Duke of York Theatre in ' Francillon.' Thore was a brilliant house, and the performance was a great success. The stars were repeatedly called before the curtain.
The Oircassia, which broke her shaft in the Atlantic in the voyage from New York to the Clyde, has been towed into Queenstowu. All on board are safe.'
