IS HEREBY GIVEN that appli--1.1 cation is intended to be made to the General Assembly of New Zealand at the next session thereof for Leave to Introduce a Bill intituled " An Act to amend the Otago Harbor Board Loans Consolidation Act, 188*," and that the object which such Bill is intended to effect is to empower the Otago Harbor Board to apply ftom time to time any rart or parts not exceeding in the whole the sum of Kleven Thousand Six Hundred Pounds of the moneys which the Board is authorised to borrow and take up at interest under "The Otago Harbor Board Loans Consolidation Act, 1884-," in ortowardsthegeneral improvement of the Otago Harbor. And NOTICE is also hereby given that a copy of the said Bill has been deposited in the Office of the Magistrate's Court at Dunedin, and is open to public inspection there.
