TURKEY AND GREECE,
The Foreign Ambassadors at Constantnople have adopted the Marquis of Salisbury's proposals for the evacuation of Thossalv. The Powers propose that Greecs shall sanction an international commission to administer the revenues allocated for the payment of the interest on her debt. Russia has advised Turkey to evacuate Thessaly a month after the war indemnity loan is issued. A resumption of commercial and maritime iatercourse between Turkey and Greece has foeen arranged.
