NAPIER, September 13.
A five-roomed unoccupied house at Clive, owned by Mr George Clifton, was totally destroyed by fire yesterday morning. It was insured in the New Zealand Office for £2OO. The cause of the fire is a mystery, the owner not having been near the place for a week.
