WELLINGTON, September 11. After a long retirement the jury in the Looneys’ case found them guilty of shooting Without intent. Mr Wilford for the defence , 8 P 0 Q - that the verdict,disclosed bo offence under the Criminal Code, and with .the consent of His Honor the point was reserved for the Court of Appeal, bail being allowed in £SO for each of the accused, and two Sureties for £25.
