LONDON, September 3. The engineers at Belfast who went out on strike in support of the demands of the engineers in England for the introduction of the eight-hour system have withdrawn from the strike and resumed work. The engineers’ strike has caused fresh dismissals on a large scale amongst the workmen in the northern towns of England. 0
