Mr R. T. Thompson, goods clerk at Gore, promoted to station-mastership at Purakanui. Mr George Cruickshanks, farm manager at Seaoliff, promoted to senior attendant at Wellington Asylum. Mr Hugh Blaok, late assistant at Wvndham dairy faotory, appointed manager ot the Patea butter factory. Eggs now being scarce and dear, Evans's egg powder will be found a cheap and reliable subgtitute. 6d per tin, from all grooers.—[Advt.]
