. INTERNATIONAL MINERS' CONGRESS. (PiSB Pehss Assooiatioh.— Copyright.] LONDON, June 11. The International Miners' Congress, by a large majority, adopted a resolution i» favor of fixing minimum wages, the only opponents of the motion being the representatives of the South Wales miners. The National Union Conference also approved of a--scheme for international regulation of the output of coal, the Durham and Northumberland miners opposing it.
