THE CHINA-JAPAN TREATY.

TOEIO,. May 30. After several months' sojourn at Hiroshima the Mikado has returned to the Imperial residence at Tokio, the capital. He was received in triumph by the populace, who showed intense enthusiasm at his return, the whole city being en, fete. A special feature of the welcome was the magniijeent decorations.
