Tho Rimutaka, from London via TeneHffo, Cape Town, and Hobart arrived off the Heads yestorday evening, and anchored there until this afternoon, when she steamed into port under the . charge of Pilot Paton. She was berthed at the George street pier to discharge her cargo of 850 tons tor'this port;, she also has 650 tons for Lyttelton, 825 tons for Wellington, and 59 tons for Auckland. Sho brings 11 bugs of mails and 20 cases of parcel post. The Rimutaka left London at 10 a.m. on May 26", Plymouth at 8 p.m. on the 27th; had line weather, and arrived at Teneriife at 4.15 p.m. on June 1; coaled, and left at 0.20 a.m. on the 2nd ; had strong S.E. trade winds with high seas, reaching Cape Town at 4 a.m. on June 19 ; left at 2 p.m. the same day; lmd fresh to strong westerly winds to longitude 103deg E.: encountered strong northerly gales with confused seas on July 3 and 4; sighted icebergs in latitude 48deg S., longitude 59deg Cmin E.; arrived at Hobart at 10.30 a.m. on the 9th inst. ; discharged 100 tons of cargo and landed twenty-three passengers, leaving at 7.20 a.m. on the 10th ; had light northerly to westerly winds, passed the Solanders at 4 a.m. on the 13th, and anchored off the Heads at 7 p.m. Her actual passage was 44d 19h lOmin. • Shipping Telegratrifl.
