MOUNT HIGHLAY COMPANY.
A meeting of shareholders in the Mount Hlghlay Consolidated Quartz Mining ComS,ny was held this afternoon at the Criterion otel. Mr G. Esther presided, and there were also present the Hon. W. J. M, Larnach and Messrs E. C. Reynolds, A. G. Fenwick, W. E. Reynolds, G. Schluter, W. Haydon, M. Thomas, and N. Hjornng (official liquidator). Mr S. Solomon (representing tho shareholders), and Mr W. A. Sim (as representing the official liquidator) were also in attendance. After discussion, it was resolved, on the motion of Mr Schluter, seconded by Mr Fenwick— “ That Mr Solomon be instructed to take such steps as he may consider advisable to set aside the sale or otherwise protect the interests of tho shareholders.
