TRENTHAM, Maboh 12. | In order to provide against a repetition of a little larriktnism which prevailed in tbe camp after hours last night, the competitors this morning were warned that anyone caught in future will be immediately expelled from the Association. There was considerable growling at the late hour to whioh firing was oontinued last night, aa it was almost moonlight before "cease firing" was given. The Council have promised to remedy the matter. The weather this morning is fine, with a freßh wind blowing. The Wellington Match was delayed this morning, as some of the number boards in front of the targets interfered with the line of sight from the short range. The shooting on the whole was fair, Sergeant Mooseman being highest scorer at 200 yards with 33 out of a possible 35; while several put on 32. At the 500 yards range, fired last evening, Beid, of Queenstown, made 34, or one within the "possible"; while Kruse, of Wanganui (the present champion), put on 33. At 600 yards the principal scorers wero: Dougall (Dunedin) 31, and A. Ballinger (Wellington) 30.
