DISPOSAL OF CROWN LANDS
There was a large attendance at the Crown Lands Office yesterday, when the auctioneer for the depirtmcnt (Mr T. Chalmer) offered for si'e the leases of a number of small grazing runs, which at one time formed the Mount Stoker runs. It was anticipated that competition would be keen, and it proved decidedly so.
