The Auckland 0 Battery have decided to disband owing to the resignation of the officers and inability to replace them. A number of the members are getting transfers to A Battery. A Melbonrne cable states that General Xnlloch, commandant of the military, addressed the mutinous regiment at Ballarat yesterday, exhorting the malcontents to stand out and state their grievances. Fifty of the men acceded to the request, and were commended for doing so.
