HE attention of Household^ to section 161 of City of Dunedin By-law No. 1, which provides inter alia : "That no person shall leave, or permit, or suffer to be placed or left aß.y dust tin, box, or other receptacle for house refuse or other refuse on any footway, street, or public place" from and after l3t January, 1891.
