At the G rand National meetingon Thursday tho Maiden Steeplechase, of 70 aovs, two miles, was won by Ahua (12.3) by a neck from Sir Maurice (11.6), with The Mount (12.3) third. Dividends, LI 11s and LI 8s 6d. The Final Handicap, of 100 sova, two miles, was won by Trimolite (10.7), with Victor (11.9) second and Sir Maurice (11.3) third. A good finish, Trimolite winning by half a length, while Victor was a neck in front of Sir Maurice. Dividends, L 4 18s and L 4 2s. Cuirassier was shipped to Sydney yesterday.
